I like to split my deens in half so I can get full coverage on the crisp bread. This is sourdough crisp bread, grass fed butter, the deens and lemons, smoked maldon salt, fresh cracked pepper, and parsley for a little freshness. 10/10 👌🏻

Work of art! How many pieces of crispbread are there underneath?
I bought a can of these several weeks ago on an anniversary trip. But then two weeks later realized I wasn’t going to see my business partner again until after his birthday, so I gave them to him. (I turned him onto dines a few years back.) He said they were delicious.
Now I’m just waiting until I run across them again. Oh well.
