First time growing peppers! Any advice?

First timer here. Been doing some research on this sub & YouTube. Just planted a few random peppers (and tomatillos). Any advice for a newbie?
Used happy frog potting soil. Mixed in some coco coir, perlite, bone meal, blood meal, earth worm castings & mycorrhizal fungi. Anything else Im missing? I trimmed some of the leaves that were laying on the soil and then watered. Thanks in advance.
