This clam dip is so delicious and combining it with the French onion soup mix is a hack. ~ 200 cals and 15g of protein without cheating on my diet! Basically throw everything into a bowl and add a little of the clam juice to make it smoother and enjoy!

Plain Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese may bulk it up for you. Not that there is anything wrong with your recipe.
