I once had a chili bean base and hotdogs chopped on with bbq sauce drizzle and moz cheese and cheddar, it was okay.

Hot dog pizza with extra dry crust. That’s Nat the Limo drivers favorite pizza on Bob’s Burgers
unironically, places that do a mac and cheese pizza should have hotdogs available to be cut up and placed on top. Some people do chicken, but as a classic enjoyer of Mac and cheese with hotdogs, I believe this is the proper course. really the only application I can think of but everyone is different.
