Hello All,
I am from the United States and am doing a project for my Beverage Operations Management class where I have to open a bar concept and wanted to do a Cafe Bar. (Cafe being open from 6 AM – 1 PM and Bar Open from 6 PM – 12 AM)
I am new to coffee but my concept is to be open for before people go to work (cafe) and after they come back (bar).
Since you all are regular coffee shop goers I would love all your preferences on what should and shouldn't be on a menu like drinks, pastries, etc. And maybe what makes your personal favorite coffee shop your favorite.
