- 2 lbs potatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- 2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup creamy parmesan garlic sauce (like BWW brand)
- ½ cup broth or water
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup parmesan ,Parsley (optional)
Steps:
- Toss potatoes with oil + seasoning in crock.
- Layer chicken on top, season again.
- Mix sauce + broth, pour over everything.
- Cook on High 4 hrs or Low 6 hrs.
- Add cheese for last 20 mins.
- Garnish and serve!

Stealing this, although do you have measurements for seasonings or do you just eyeball it?
