Pulled pork

3lb of pork loin
1 cup of apple juice
3 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs salt
1 tbs black pepper
Cooked on high for 7 hours
Drained half the juice
Pulled the pork on a plate and put it back in the pot
And added a bottle of bbq sauce

If I were to do this again I would put in 1/2 of the apple juice that I put in.

I put mine in a warp and added some shredded cheese.

    You’re alluding that the photographed dish could have been better. Why share if it didn’t turn out as good as you intended? Instead, try again with your 1/2 the apple juice modification and if it turns out great, let us know.
