Spinach & cheese frittata with refried beans
Orzo bake with spinach (and eventually feta)
Cheesy polenta with roasted tofu and shiitake mushrooms
Bonus chocolate walnut banana bread loaves

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

    OP, thanks for acknowledging that meal prep can take time and effort. Not always the “easy” process that some portray it as.

    I know beggars can’t be choosers, but I wish people would put a little more effort into their food photography on this sub (I get it, you’re tired after a long day of prep). A little lighting would have gone a long way here towards making it look appetizing. But bravo for getting it done.
