Ingredients:
• 1 cup almond butter (sugar free)
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 2 tbsp coconut sugar / brown sugar
• 1 cup blanched almond flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp organic cornstarch
• 1 tbsp cacao powder
• dark chocolate / vegan chocolate chips (your favorite) / vegan white chocolate
• you can add raisins or your favorite nuts

Bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 170C.

👉🏼 Note that the cookies will still be quite soft when you take them out of the oven. They will harden on cooling.

👉🏼 If you are not a almond butter lover, you can switch to any other nut butters that you prefer. Peanut butter would work particularly well.
