Lorenzo is probably my new favorite sandwich shop in Los Angeles, been going there for 3 weeks straight on the weekends. Right by Rodeo
My personal favorites are the Cotto (picture 1) and Brunello (picture 2)
Cotto $21 Ham Prosciutto, truffle cream, brie cheese, lemon zest, black pepper, truffle oil
Brunello $23 (not on the main menu) Roasted beef, stracciatella cheese, roasted peppers, salsa Rosa, pepperonicini
The price seems on the high end for sandwiches, but I always come out stuffed and satisfied, the amount of meat I get is so worth it in my opinion. The roasted beef is some of the most tender beef’s I’ve ever had in my mouth. The wife and husband duo, they’re really just super friendly!
The only downside is that it’s incredibly small, 4 small tables inside and 4 tables outside. Waiting outside 85c for 25 minutes burned my butt but it’s still worth it
