2tbsp of mozzarella
1tbsp mild cheddar

Air fry 5 mins!

Crispy on the top, gooey on the bottom

Tastes like a mozzarella stick without the breading, just the gooey center.

The fried cheese also holds its shape very well, not hard, but like soft and squishy

    I put some on a griddle and cook it until it’s crispy.

  4. Sure used to do it all the time. Just dump on a tray and let them spread out to form rounds and let cool for crispy goodness.

    Try different cheeses for variety. I haven’t done it for years though.
