Air fry 5 mins!
Crispy on the top, gooey on the bottom
Tastes like a mozzarella stick without the breading, just the gooey center.
The fried cheese also holds its shape very well, not hard, but like soft and squishy

Yep. Topped with Valentina and scallion.
I put some on a griddle and cook it until it’s crispy.
Sure used to do it all the time. Just dump on a tray and let them spread out to form rounds and let cool for crispy goodness.
Try different cheeses for variety. I haven’t done it for years though.
