Spinach Pasta in Pesto Sauce

♈ Ingredients –

2 cups pasta

1 tbsp butter

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp wheat flour

1.5 cups warm milk

2 tbsp pepper powder

1 cup spinach

2 tbsp fresh cream

1 tbsp garlic paste

1 chopped onion

1/2 cup corn kernels

1/2 cup peas

1 chopped capsicum

1 chopped tomato

1 tbsp mixed herbs

1 tbsp chili flakes

Salt to taste

♈ Steps :

🔹Blanch the spinach first. Now, add two tbsp of fresh milk cream to the blanched spinach to make a smooth paste. 

🔹Boil water in a pan, add salt and pasta, mix and boil. After boiling, pour cold water over it.

🔹Now, take a tbsp of olive oil, butter and two tbsp of flour in a pan and fry it till it turns pink. Then, add hot milk and stir constantly so that no lumps remain.

🔹When the mixture boils, add salt, pepper powder, prepared spinach paste and mix it well and turn off the gas flame after boiling.

🔹Heat oil in another pan, add garlic paste, onion, corn kernels, peas, capsicum and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. add tomatoes, salt, pepper powder, mix hubs, chili flakes and mix it well. Then add boiled pasta and prepared sauce, mix and turn off gas flame after 5 minutes. So, Spinach Pasta in Pesto Sauce is ready.
