    The friggin best!!! My hack: I’ll used canned pickled jalapeño, and use some of the juice in my instant yeast mix. Provides a little extra flavor!

    Looks great! Things to experiment with is incorporating the peppers into the dough during the kneading or folding steps. Also filling the bottom of your proofing container with the cheese then putting topside of dough down first. It will embed nicely.
