  4. So the whole thing with penne, ziti, rigatoni – those tubes are made to hold sauce within. Dumping the sauce on top of the boiled tubes isn’t it. Now if you were actually using spaghetti, I’d understand.

    I mean not that at all, but perfectly edible and not even particularly bad looking. Just not traditional, unless you’re going for, “traditionally, my mom cooks it.”
