    **Cal Breakdown:**

    * (Publix) Sourdough English Muffin: 120
    * Large Egg: 80
    * 1 Tbsp Light Mayo: 35
    * Spicy Mustard: 5
    * 138g Russet Potatoes: 100

    * mashed up 1 lg egg and added red onion(a decent amount), 1 tbsp light mayo, 1 tsp mustard, and a bit of pickle juice + seasonings
    * for the potatoes, I peeled & cut up 1 potato, soaked in ice bath and dried, then seasoned with tony’s seasoning garlic and onion powder and pepper and air fried @ 400 for 15 min taking them out halfway through
