Can’t believe everyone has fallen for the internet trend of having someone else cut your meat into skinny little strips so it can become cold quickly. I’m a big boy, I can cut my own steak.

I’m not even sure how I like my steaks. I usually order medium rare at restaurants. But either I don’t understand what medium rare means or restaurants don’t understand, because it typically looks just plain medium.
I guess what I think should be medium rare is somewhere between rare and medium rare.
