The patties usually have a bit more circumference but I was without a decent tool to smash at this gathering.

What’s the total weight in your patty/patties?

  2. $8 and that’ll sell like crazy. Honestly probably sell like crazy at $10 too. Looks great.

  3. robbeau11

Looks amazing! What’s the rest of the menu look like? I love me a bbq bacon burger and a spicy jalapeño burger. Just curious what else ya got.

  4. SilenceDoGood4

Charge 8 and you will get plenty of 2 dollar tips. People want to feel like they’re getting a bargain

  5. Kithkannin

In my neck of the woods they would sell for 12$ all day for ten bucks (if they taste as good as they look) you’d have a line at all times you are open.

Well, here in California you can get a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, fries and a drink for $10.89. That’s 2X the meat, fries and a drink for $.89 cents more. Normally I wouldn’t mention McDonalds – but the double QPC is actually very good.

  7. RideToRoberts

What’s your margin at $10? Honestly you could go up to $12+ – looks good!

Pay $10 for worse looking and smaller burgers all the time, everyone appreciates a good deal

If you sell the burger pictured for $10, are you making enough profit margin to stay in business?

  10. GarlicMoney

If it’s sold with that much stack on it I can see it going for $10 no problem. Just make sure your fries are cheap in the combo lol

  11. Food trucks are usually overpriced so $10 sounds about right. I’m assuming no fries?

  12. Bubbly-Pirate-3311

Personally no since I’m tired of paying ten bucks for burgers. I’d rather make a bunch of my own. People will buy them though. Looks like a tasty burger

Sorry but pass. Burger looks good, but $10 for a 4oz burger with no fries is a bit much.

  14. Firm-Faithlessness81

Depends what currency we’re talking about.

I feel like I’m the only one here that thinks 10$ for just a burger alone is wild, I’d never pay that much. If you’re throwing in a side then okay maybe.

  16. Antique_Mission_8834

    I’ll take two please.
There’s a truck in my area where they come with a little bag of chips + your choice of imaginative sauces.

3 for me at Chili’s it’s 10.99. Cheeseburger, fries, and drink. I would try to charge less than 10 if I was you.

At 1 AM when I’m leaving a bar that doesn’t serve food? Hell yeah!

I’ve paid more for a burger laden with Goldfish crackers.

I would 100 percent rock with you on that for $10. You would have a repeat customer. Thank you for providing quality for a fair price, hopefully this translates into lots of business for you.

  20. Rob-Loring

Hmm I’d pass. Brioche bun and smash burger is incompatible

  21. BackgroundStrict1764

For 10, you have to give a good menu description.

What’s that sauce? What veggies? customizable? Can I add a jalapeño or avocado, bacon for more?

  22. yourballsareshowing_

That’s not much meat.. Looks goods tho

  23. RawrRawr12345

Unfortunately and nothing against you, that is probably a decent price for a burger like that nowadays.

  24. Creepy_Spite_3898

Nice presentation but the patties are overcooked.

  25. Middle-Luck-997

Price sensitivity will depend on the location. In my area $10 for that quality burger would be awesome.

  26. ShadowMask87

I think you should put the lettuce and tomato above the patty. You taste from the bottom, so having to cut through an inch of veg to taste the burger isn’t ideal.

If it comes with a side, then yeah I am there.
