I’m a longtime wine noob but I’ve recently started buying some bottles in a higher price range with a specific focus on varietals I’m less familiar with. After doing some research this is what I came home with. Have to add I’m in a US state with goofy alcohol laws (no mail order wine for example) so I’m working with limited options.

Just curious for thoughts on quality here, suggestions, etc. Thanks!

I have had Groom’s Shiraz which is in the low 20s price point. I recall it was a fairly good wine. Barossa Valley produces a lot of good wine and is known for rich Shiraz. I am not familiar with the other two wines but usually like most wines from the Russian River Valley in Sonoma. Cooler region and conducive to a good Sauvignon Blanc.
