Ingredients:
– Fish
– 2 potatoes, sliced
– 2 tomatoes, sliced
– 1 green pepper, sliced
– 1 hot pepper (optional)
– Olive oil
– Salt, cumin, paprika, and chili 🌶
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 preserved lemon, sliced

Preparation Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, chili, olive oil, and lemon juice to prepare the chermoula marinade.
3. Coat the fish 🐟 with half of the chermoula and let them rest for 15 minutes.
4. Place the marinated fish at the bottom of a baking dish.
5. Layer the sliced potatoes, tomatoes, and hot pepper on top of the fish.
6. Pour the remaining chermoula evenly over all the ingredients.
7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden.
