(x2) 3 bone beef rib plate

Reserved Pellet Blend

Cover meat side in olive oil so seasoning mix holds to meat

1:1 ratio of following seasonings mixed in small bowl and applied liberally:
Meat Church’s The Gospel, Traeger’s Prime Rib Rub, Melting Pot’s Garlic and Wine Seasoning, Prime Steak and Brisket Rub, and Onion Butter Seasoning

Preheat smoker to 225° with super smoke

Place on smoker bone side down

Spray with apple juice every three hours

Pull from smoker and let rest wrapped in butcher paper for 1hr once the meat’s internal temp reaches 200° (approx. 7-8hrs)
