Made my wife some steak and eggs for breakfast Anything I could’ve done better? 5 minutes on one side 4 on the other (I was impatient lol) seasoned both sides with olive oil and cooked on medium temp

Steak looks good, eggs look like they been walked and trampled on and was to hard… Needs to wisk them better and on high head…slightly runny on the plate so they can have nice curds ..

When you make scrambled eggs, pour a dash of milk in while you’re mixing them in a bowl, and mix em really good. Cook on like a 4/10 heat with some extra butter and just a touch of garlic salt. Your eggs will be fluffy af 👌 you’re welcome.
