Cornbread-Jiffy Mix
2 Jiffy Boxes | Regular or Honey
3 eggs
1 ¼ Cup Milk
8 TBS Butter (Melted)
4 TBS Sugar (Optional but Recommended)
1 TBS Honey
Pour both boxes of Jiffy in a bowl.
Add 3 eggs.
Add Milk
Add Sugar
Add Honey
Mix.
Then add butter.
Mix.
Butter pan.
Pour in mix.
Bake @ 350 for 45mins.

It's delicious.! I tried with buttermilk and two eggs in muffin form and they sink in the middle.. in other words follow this recipe!
I copied this recipe and missed melting the butter into the Cornbread at the end 🤦♂️😂 Can’t believe I missed that step
