Today I made grilled chicken parm (around 185g uncooked) with spaghetti(4oz) on the side and added to the sauce was 160 grams of zucchini and 160 grams of yellow squash. I was in awe with how full the plate got. Legit shocked myself by how much volume was in this meal.
Also I personally love penne but I think spaghetti might be a new favorite it takes up so much more space in my opinion.
My question to all of you is do you ever plan out a meal and then cook it and are amazed by how much volume you actually got? Because that is what happened to me tonight.
