That’s an amazing set up, especially if this is your first one

Hell of a first set up! Definitely get a good zero out on the 64 but first check to see if the burrs are level with each other. You can find good tutorials on YouTube for this. I’ve found RDT really helps with retentionless grinds on my 64. Also, get a good bottomless portafilter to help with dialing in your shots.

Watch a bunch of videos from Lance Hedrick and James Hoffman on YouTube. Aside from that you already have a great setup. Try to go for 2x the amount of weight out as the grounds you put in, in 25-30s. If it’s faster than that grind finer; slower, grind coarser until you’re in the right range.
It’s an E61 so it takes some time to heat up, grab a smart plug to schedule the machine turning on, and give it 20-40 minutes to preheat before pulling a shot.
When grinding, put the mouth of your catch cup against the portafilter basket and shake the 2 back and forth gently to break up the grounds.
For accessories, you already have a WDT tool and a scale so I would just give it some time before buying anything. I would suggest a nice bean dosing cup, the one from Subminimal or MHW-3bomber have scales integrated which is super nice. You might want to RDT with a spray bottle but honestly you can get away with not doing that, you’ll lose maybe 0.1g more in the grinder.
Last thing is use good water, generally even brita water might not be good enough depending on how hard your water is. I use Crystal Geyser but I don’t know where you live, either way bottled water will give your machine a much longer lifespan. Enjoy!
Edit: I also probably wouldn’t play with pressure profiling (keep it at 9 bar) or temperature PID until you’ve gotten used to the basics, they are quite advanced features that this machine exposes very easily so it might be tempting.

Very nice set up. I also went straight in to end game with my E61 La Pavoni and so glad I did.
You’re going to absolutely love your machine. Congrats !!!
Advice – less is more when steaming milk – it’s very easy to over-stretch (too much air) as it happens so fast.
Dialling in is a pain but when you’ve done it once you have a baseline (starting at 18g in, in 36 seconds out and working from there dependent on your taste ) most beans with a similar roast level will be reasonably close to that baseline , decaf being more different
I like the Normcore double height dosing funnel (I think decent do a similar height). Much better than the normal height ones where the grounds always seemed to end up outside the basket !
If you are interested in latte art, there are cups/glasses that are better than others for this (think a rounded curved inside bottom). I have the Kruve imagine glasses and love them. They are designed for latte art.
EDIT to take away comment about getting scales. I’m dumb and didn’t see your set on your drip tray !
Welcome !

Lovely setup! What scale is that?

Great setup! I have seen the other comments, and they cover everything! Just want to add maybe get a dosing funnel. They’re very cheap and give you the freedom to do WDT without making a mess.

Congratulations. Same setup here with different colors.

I second a dosing funnel, makes life a lot easier when doing WDT. I really like [this one](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CM5XDGFR)
I love that machine. It’s just beautiful. You’ve got a great setup. Get good coffee, good water and enjoy!
Need, can you share details
First ?!
I waaant!!
If you swap your machine and grinder positions you might find more space to work.
