  2. I just googled and saw its ok and common to sous vide chicken to 142 🤯

  3. I love Sous vide chicken breasts. If I’m eating right away I’ll go 142 but if I’m chilling for salads I’ll go 155 — I don’t like the chewy texture when it cools
