    When I make chilaquiles, I use about eight corn tortillas just for myself. Maybe I need some portion control.

    I was in such a hurry I had to spend 3 minutes finely chopping cilantro for garnish, 5 minutes composing my avocado, 5 minutes plating the food and 10 minutes taking 27 pictures. I was late for work and got fired.
