A visit to Home Depot in Ewing may soon come with an added incentive—a bite of what some are calling one of the best sandwiches around.
Rocco’s Italian Sausages & Philly Cheese Steaks is set to open at the Home Depot on North Olden Avenue, marking the brand’s first location in Mercer County.
Rocco’s is not a traditional restaurant chain—it operates exclusively within Home Depot stores.
What began as a 400-square-foot food stand in Queens, New York in 2000 has since grown in popularity, expanding to Philadelphia in 2006 and then to several suburban locations, including multiple Home Depot stores in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Known for its hearty sandwiches and convenient location, Rocco’s has earned a loyal following among contractors and frequent Home Depot shoppers. The menu includes hot coffee, breakfast sandwiches, Italian sausage sandwiches, cheesesteaks, grilled chicken sandwiches, and Portabella sandwiches.
Local interest in the Ewing location is high, and a “Now Hiring” sign in the window suggests an opening date may be approaching soon.
While official opening details have not yet been announced, the addition of Rocco’s is already generating excitement among residents eager to experience the popular menu closer to home.
