Pls ignore the childhood plate lol. Also, this food was not made by me and I was unable to weigh anything but I do have some of an idea about the ingredient information! My dad works part time at a local restaurant where he makes these pizzas and he tends to measure with his heart.
Flatbread pesto pizza with white chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, spinach, and scallion. The sides are garlic parmesan green beans (frozen food, just needed microwaving) and watermelon (though it’s only like 3 pieces so the calories for it are pretty negligible lol).
The bread itself is 220 calories according to the product label— I know that for sure. The pesto is 310 calories per 60g, the chicken is pre-cooked and the bag says 2oz is 100 calories. Cheese is 90 calories per 28g. Some sort of cooking oil was probably used as well.
The green beans are 60 cal per 84g (frozen) and I also took 3 extra pieces after the portion in the photo.
Though it’s a small pizza, pesto and cheese calories add up quickly so I was thinking this meal could easily reach 1,000 calories. If anyone has an estimate of their own I would really appreciate it!

Maybe 800ish, assuming that’s a small fork
