Full cast iron cook, 2 minutes each side on the stove top, 12 minutes in the oven at 400. Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, basted in butter while on the stove top.

    It pretty good, I feel like you need to rest it more that way the juices won’t run out so much.

    I am dining and asking for some potatoes or bread to soak up those juices. Maybe a straw. Or just turn your head and it’ll be gone by the time you look again.

    Cool looks great, rest time looks minimal. You put in the work to cook it, take half that time to rest before you do all that work cutting it.
