tortilla alone makes up 30%-50% of the calories. add in sauces and cooking oil, 300 is easy to squeeze in there

  2. Background_Body2696

Just the tortilla and cheese is going to be close to 200

Tortilla. When I get a single bean burrito at Taco Bell it’s 330 calories. When I make them at home w low cal tortillas I can make an entire meal of multiple burritos for the same amount. Can’t beat the convenience sometimes though

  4. Flour tortillas are super caloric. I always go corn at taco joints

  5. Is this the regular burrito? Or is it a new item?

    – 90 calories 6 inch Tortilla
    – 50 calories for the processed American cheese McDonald’s uses. (I looked it up.)
    – 90 calories for 1 ounce of pork sausage
    – 70 calories 1 egg
    – Total-300 calories

The egg and sausage mix comes pre-mixed, but you could ask them to hold the cheese.

Wait til you find out about peanut butter and granola!

  8. Have you ever weighed out your own food & made it yourself? It’s so easy to go overboard on calories

You could meal prep and freeze bomb breakfast burritos that are the size of your head for 300 cals with the right tortillas and taking out unnecessary oils and sauces.

I’ve been making my own wraps at home. Using the low calorie tortillas which come at around 90cal each

    Fat.

EDT: No idea why the downvotes?

    Tortillas are made using fat.

There’s cheese (fatty) and fatty cuts of meat inside.

The ingredients are cooked in either butter or some other fat.

Not sure what the debate is here…

I know, they seem so small! I go with the egg and cheese mcmuffin (no meat) without butter. They feel heaetier and take longer to eat, and one comes to 260 calories with 14g protein. A packet of hot picante salsa and it’s so satisfying, better than any I can make at home and I have tried many times. They’re also $1.30 cheaper than a regular egg mcmuffin and if you do one of those buy one get one survey receipts you can get 2. Super cheap, delicious breakfast.
