  2. Looks awesome. So I always make delicious ribs in the oven, but want to on the charcoal grill. Can you tell me how you cooked these on the grill? Since you cant really put temp probes in ribs, I feel like it would be hard for me to tell when these were done. Thanks!

    Is that grilled mango easy to eat?…leave the pit in and just spoon the meat out after grilling?….might need to try this.
