100 dips in 100 days. Day 13. You guys requested more sweet dips, and I’m here to say that I’ve listened to you. This is the famous canoli dip, which I actually didn’t dunk any canoli in. Instead, I opted for a chocolatecovered Belgian waffle cuz I’m an adult and I can do whatever I please. It’s a very easy dip to make. It’s literally just five ingredients. 250 gram of ricotta, 150 gram of cream cheese, two heap tablespoons of powdered sugar, a good splash of vanilla extract, and then finish it with some chocolate chips. So simple and so delicious. Holy canoli.

  1. Can you make your own fish sauce? Not sure how easy that is, but the Vietnamese guys would definitely love it!

  2. Absolutely Scrumptious looking (And probably Tasting too) dip, and love the two tone waffle you used for it!

Id love to see you make a green chutney and another type of food alongside it, you sir, earned another subcriber!

  3. It’s easy but you better drain that ricotta good, cheesecloth is the best in my opinion, or else you’re gonna have horrible texture, runny and soggy.
