Chicken & Egg Breakfast Scramble
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped spinach
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add bell pepper and sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Add chicken and spinach; cook until spinach wilts.
4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
5. Pour eggs into the pan and scramble everything together.
