Ingredients:
Dates 86g
Oats 16g
Cocoa powder 13g
Maple syrup 18g
Peanut butter 14g
Pistachio 24g
Dark chocolate 40g
Method:
- Blitz the pistachios and reserve a good pinch to sprinkle the truffles
- Add all the remaining ingredients and blitz for a bit until they finely ground
- Divide in 10 equal parts (approximately 17g each) and roll into balls
- Melt the chocolate.
- Dip the balls in the melted chocolate using a fork
- Sprinkle with ground pistachio
- Put in the fridge until the chocolate has hardened
