these CHEESE BLUEBERRY BISCUITS are made with just 3 simple ingredients you can grab right from the store shelves! They’re so versatile and you don’t even need sugar because the wild blueberries are the perfect pop of sweetness in each bite! – Spring is here and so are the spring recipes!
– no sugar
– no yeast
– no proofing
– no blending
– just 3 simple ingredients
Ingredients:
2 cups of cottage cheese
1 1/2 cup of organic self rising flour
1/2 cup of frozen wild blueberries (make sure they are wild because they are smaller and have more flavor which makes it so that you don’t need added sugar)
Method:
Mix cottage cheese and flour (no need to blend the cottage cheese first) until a dough forms, then mix in blueberries. Form into 6 balls and bake at 350 F for about 45 minutes or until done. *times may vary.

Haven't heard 'on fleek' for a minute still 😅
Now, I might as well make this a healthier alternative for toast or English muffins
@Liam would love this
this is the year of our lord 2025, why are you saying on fleek
@theplantslant2431
Love blueberries 😊
On fleek 🤣🤣🤣 I completely forgot it
What are the 3 ingredients?
That’s not a biscuit!
I lost all interest after “on fleek.”
I was gonna make it, then you said “on fleek”.

No sugar? Flour is just sugar in another form. Don't be fooled be educated.

I like this for breakfast to go🙌👍
Replace flour with brolloci powder.
Is that regular flour?
Hmmm.
Not going to work.
I only have the flour.
😂
What a farce!!! I’ve tried these and they NEVER turn out
Why do you fool people😮
Could you use Quark?

Can you substitute the cottage cheese with cream cheese or something else. They look delicious I just dont like cottage cheese and have to watch the sodium. 😊

👍 & SUBSCRIBED 😊
I've tried them and they are good 👍
There’s also a gay dude on social media who said Frost is gay. He played a voice recording of frost allegedly saying he’s ready to come out the closet.
But how do they taste?
Yes we should bring on fleek back ❤
Anyone try this with almond flour? I will try, looking to make these low carb.
The health benefits of the berries and the cottage cheese in terms of almost having no carbs are RUINED by the amount of flour added to this recipe.
@Liam! Kbai guy! He needs to see this!
This is for anyone wondering if yogurt can be used in place of cottage cheese (dangerous thoughts you rascal😆
Watched this video and was set on making them today. And I realized I didn’t have cottage cheese and subbed with plain unsweetened yogurt (the determination was real). Anyways, definitely no fluff. It turned into an interesting mochi blob with berries. Not terrible, and pretty good with some honey or vanilla ice cream.
I made this and used the 3 ingredients and baked for 45 minutes and it was chewy like paste. This is not my first time baking so this didn't work for me.
Thx
On what? Y’all need to let the AAVE go
I'm obsessed with these. After a few tries I've tweaked it a bit and am pleased with them! I added a bit of sugar, and simplified it by spreading the dough on a baking tray with parchment paper, and cut them like brownies. Before baking I tossed some extra blueberries with a bit more sugar and placed them on the top where there were empty areas and the finished product was gorgeous! (Please, no haters giving me speeches about sugar. Thanks)
What if you don't use flour on Keto?
Must Self rising flour be used only? What about Gluten free all purpose flour? Thanks!
I’m going to try this! Thanks!
