    Those are pretty big pots for such tiny plants. Not necessarily a problem, but does make proper watering more difficult. Looks like some of the back leaves are curled up, which could indicate the light is too close. But the soil looks pretty soaked as well and they could be water logged. I’d let them dry out a decent amount and focus on only watering around the plant instead of the whole pot until their roots are more established. You could also buy some water soluble mycorrhizae and top water it to help the roots develop faster.

    Had a nice cloudy day the other day and set my trays out all day. next day in the morning i could tell they grew!
