I thought I bought a red Carolina reaper but it looks like these are not changing. They’re staying at Orange for quite some time now.. I know picking the peppers is good for production, but any advice on when is a good time to pick these versus leaving them on the plant? Also does it look like they will turn red? Thanks

They are ripe, yeah – if they look like that then orange will be their final colour. That will just be the variety you have!
You usually see a gradient of color change so if they’re orange all around, safe to assume that’s their final color. Here are some scotch brains I grew last year as an example (didn’t have any pics of my reaper plant apparently)

Fairly certain these are Bhut Orange copenhagen. They look exactly like mine! They are hot, enjoy!

Those orangey peachy ones are ripe for sure. Looks like you might have peach reapers here…
They don’t look like reapers to me. Could have purchased a mislabeled plant.
Those are not reapers
They are ripe when they’re any color other than green
