We don’t sell squid. We have calamari. Because uh fried calamari I’ve served all my life. Fried calamari is something that I look for when I’m in Italy. Every restaurant you go to from the lowest to the highest, they have fried calamani in some form. I’m sick of it, you know. I mean, it’s all right. I said, let’s do something different. Ha.
