
🍋🥭 This mango salsa was love at first bite—and it’s been a regular request from my husband ever since. It’s sweet, zesty, and just the thing to brighten up roasted salmon with blackening spices. I served it with black rice and a side of garlicky sautéed spinach for a quick, colorful dinner.
Ingredients:
Mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice and orange juice.
