Tofu marinated in soy/lime/chili oil and air fried on whole grain rice with all sorts of veggies (carrots, roast corn, edamame, chickpeas, romaine, red onion, and cucumber) with kimchi, a poached egg, and dressing made from hot sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and Greek yogurt. Fresh basil, chives, and cilantro.

I gotta get more efficient at prepping vegetables, this took forever.
