I’ve learned so much from my last 2 months on this sub. Currently 10lb down and halfway to my goal. All yogurt was 2%, pasta is Carbe Diem (thanks for all who recommended), shawarma was made with a 4oz portion of chicken thighs, popcorn is ValleyPop my go-to for a salty snack, and dessert is Drizzlicious Birthday Cake (also thanks for recommending these!) I know there’s several things I could have switched out for lighter/low cal options, but overall pretty satisfied with my day!

    For clarification, Friday and Saturday are my higher cal days, hence the deficit. I’m making up for going way over last holiday weekend 😅

    if you skip the kick start and double the yogurt intake it will benefit so much
