New (used) old model

Got this puppy today. Spent $150 with a Weber charcoal chimney and a few tools. Realized after getting home that this is an older model. It doesn’t have the wire hoop for resting the lid, it has like two pegs on the back of the stand. And it has a front handle not a top handle. Aside from that, it seems super clean and fairly new. There was a “performer” model for $200 locally that I almost bought but I got this one. It came with two separate charcoal baskets. One on either side? One at a time? Depends on the cook?

I’m STOKED. I almost bought a Traeger. I might still get a Traeger. But damnit, man build fire. Man cook meat. Man make woman happy. Man sleep well.
