Hey friend, next time I’d definitely recommend around 6-8 hrs at 225F (depending on size of shoulder/butt) with a cherry cola/cherry-based injection, then wrap in pink butcher paper at 160F-165F internal and remove at 200F internal, then let it rest in a small icebox/cooler (no ice) (still wrapped) for at least an hour.
