
Cinnamon & cardomon scented farro, soaked cashews, ricotta, cherries & mint. It was fantastic! I heated up left over farro with some olive oil and the spices, and the warm vs cool was very pleasing.
I have to reduce my sodium so I've been finding ways to add flavor in other ways. It's made me get much more creative and honestly the food has been much better!
