One of my fav go-to quick dinners: fish + multigrain + half pound of veggies.

Set it in the steamer & rice cooker ahead of time. Broccoli/Cauliflower/carrot etc can steam next to the fish and then mix with garlic and seasoning afterwards. No added fat. Just good Omega-3!

Between this and my morning oatmeal bowl (300-400 kcal) I stay full all day and has room for dessert/boba

  1. I made chicken salad for 350.

    I like food. So I rather have less that I like than more that I hate.

    Fortunately I like celery. And snap peas.

    But I love chicken. And I cook it in butter. And it’s delicious. And 3 oz is perfect for a sandwich wrap.
