    As a candy maker I’m not a big fan of the ‘boil for 15-20mins’ as there’s a ton of variables that could mess things up. Do you perhaps have the temperature when it’s needed to be taken off the burner. 240°- 250°F?

  4. For those who don’t like coconut milk, you can make caramel with just sugar, water, and lemon juice, or you can use some plain vegan creamer.
