    Popped this open and was pleasantly suprised

    First thing I noticed on the nose was the distinct bubblegum note. Holy moly. Very nice

    On the palette I get bubblegum and also bright Cherry and other fruit flavors.

    Personally this is my favorite Beaujolais from Kermit Lynch and look forward to buying more of it

    That is my favorite beaujolais. I have a couple bottles I should drink. I’ve kept it up to 5 years and it’s been fantastic.

    Nice! I love Fleurie but haven’t had this producer.

    The bubblegum notes are a classic hallmark of carbonic maceration, which is a winemaking technique used often in Beaujolais. Super neat!
