


Wife marinated some skirt steak in what was essentially salsa with soy sauce, and orange juice over night. Cooked at 375 for 20 minutes flipping once in between. Thought I over cooked it by the color of the inside, but it couldn’t have come out more tender.

Why would you? Not really the best tool for the job.
Love doing fijitas on the Traeger. I do em probably once a week. Little bit of fiesta brand “Uncle Kris” and marinate in W sauce, 375 till 150-155 and you’re good to go!
