How do you like that griddle? I want to pick one up but I feel like I’d be better off getting one for my gas grill rather than my kettle – seems easier to modulate temps.

Those look awesome! I also have that griddle and it is fantastic. I use it almost as much as just cooking on the grates. Huge game changer for breakfast and meal prepping!

I use a griddle too. Have been doing it long before Blackstone came out. And it’s much easier to clean. Smart 👍🏻
