  1. Looks like half a t-bone/shortloin from a cow

    Not a very good cut to be honest but not bad for that price

  2. Bone-in striploin with the full t-bone. But a standard t-bone cut has a small fillet, this doesn’t.

    It also has the “kidney flap” intact.
